I PROMISE

This is one of my fave poem.. so deeply..

I promise to give all that I can give
Through thick and thin as long as I may live

I promise to be there and show you all my trust
And bestow my friendship as the desert’s dust

I promise to comfort you to my very best
Until the day that east, is somehow maybe west

I promise when I’m gone to a far off land
I’ll think of you, and for the truth will stand

I promise that I’ll try never to upset you, or make you feel ashamed from the things I do

I promise you’ll be the ones that I’ll look in the ‘Dise
And nothing will come between us, not even handsome guys

I promise you’ll be the light and security in my soul
Coz I know you’ll always be there to help me reach my goal

I promise you’ll find whatever there is to find
That’s good within your heart and within your mind

I promise when I talk of sisters and of friends
You’ll be the ones I talk of till this planet ends

I promise that I promise, this promise everyday
And that with you my heart, and love will always stay
